Our story

We watched two industries converge.

Our team have all come up through traditional investment banking, advising financial institutions, fintechs, and blockchain companies.

We have seen the convergence of these industries first hand, with technology changing how money moves and who can offer financial services. This has influenced both sides of the table: banks need the speed and creativity of the companies building new technology, and those companies need the trust, relationships, and capital of traditional finance. We have also been operators ourselves, giving us a practical view of what it takes to build and run these businesses.
